Trusting In God Please Help

I moved here from California, planting roots and attending school. Unable to finish school, thinking things will be okay, they were okay for a while. Then my son lost his job at some store distributor for alcohol.

Then it happened: I had a vehicle accident that totaled the car and left the last three vertebrae of my spine on top of each other, leaving me with pressure in the lower portion of my back. This makes it difficult to walk far distances, and long bus rides are unbearable. Relying upon family is tedious; they have family and busy routines, unable to drive me to appointments or even to shop for groceries. I feel I've become an extra burden to them.

I have limited resources for food delivery and have nearly turned into a recluse, staying indoors. Recently, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and prescribed a shopping bag of medication plus insulin shots. With the medications paid out of pocket, my only visits are from my daughter to check up on me. Medications are so expensive, I have to choose between them and food, or going without. I've become lax in my bills, with no money and no one I can truly turn to without feeling self-conscious.

I Plan On Paying And Bringingup To date All bills Opening A special Account For The Purchase Of Medications,And Buyinf A Used Car To Communte back And Forth To Appointments And Shopping and Attending Church, I Plan On Once Again Becoming Involved in Church and Community Activities To Maintain My Independence. I had Also Tried 1800 Charities, For A donated Car But There Priority Are Women In Transition, Not As Much For Medical, Transportaion. I Am Unable To save any Money For a Vehicle Because Of My Out Of Pocket Medication Costs, and Trying To Maintain, and Keep up with with Mounting Bills, I'm On a fixed Income,and do Not Recieve the Amount that Other fixed Income Seniors Recieve.It's A Struggle Each Month,and I'm So Behind In Bills.a choice Between Medication bills And Food.
