Reymundo Guzman's Family

Dear Friends and Family,
I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Reymundo (Ray) Guzman Jr. He passed away unexpectedly on February 9, 2023. Ray leaves behind his wife Monica, children Valerie, Raymond, Nicholas, Julian and Raelynn, mother Celia, siblings Sandra, Jackie and Monica numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. For those of you who knew Ray, it was obvious he loved his family more than life itself. His family and friends were so very important to him and he would do everything he could when someone he knew was in need. Not everyone knew this but Ray was a true believer in God and reviewed scripture daily. On the other hand, anyone who spoke to Ray for more than five minutes knew that he was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan through and through. Just one day short of a week before his passing, Ray and Monica closed on their first home and had just begun renovations. It was their dream and Ray’s biggest desire to provide his family with a home of their own. As you can imagine, we are all devastated by Ray’s passing. Unfortunately, the suddenness of this has left the family unprepared not only for this loss but also for the struggle to cover the cost of the funeral services and prepare their new home to move in. The funeral services alone will be expensive and needs to be paid for within the next week. With the family having to adjust to a single income, the cost of the funeral services and finishing the necessary repairs to the house have become overwhelming. Because of this, a fundraiser has been started to help cover these costs and provide the family some relief as they cope with this tremendous loss. With your help, together we can at least ease this financial burden for Ray’s family while they mourn the loss of their husband and father. If you would prefer to send it to Monica, Ray's wife, then her Venmo account is @Monic955.
