This is the family of Reyana “RERE” Trigger looking to reach out to those asking where can they help outside of all the prayers and all the calls and text . For those who might not know Reyana was fine on March 25th 2022 and was fighting for her life the very next day . She entered Emory Midtown hospital complaining of “shortens of breathe”and within 24 hours she went into cardiac arrest inside of their emergency room for a reason still unclear . For 36 minutes their staff performed CPR in which she was able to gain a pulse and immediately rushed to icu in an induced coma . Her team of medical professionals told us she would have a 50/50 chance of waking and if she does, she will be fighting the odds of brain damage due to the lack of oxygen to her brain during CPR . Reyana fought hard against all odds and woke up from her coma but after several test were done it showed she suffered severe brain damage . She spent 7 weeks in Emory icu where she fought as the fighter she is to beat all odds. She is in a recovery program in the midtown area where she is off the ventilator and starting to show signs of recovery. As we know brain damage is a journey to healing . It’s gonna take time for her to get back to herself . And as she spends her time in recovery her family is asking for support to cover her medical needs , household bills and supporting her needs in anyway we can .
