Hi, we are rewild farming, a growing initiative that repurposes shipping containers into starter kits for regenerative agriculture. Each kit provides shelter, storage, and space for collaboration and contemplation, along with the essentials for growing food in off-grid locations.

Rooted in permaculture principles, our work addresses both the physical and the social: regenerating soil, strengthening food sovereignty, and renewing the ways people connect with each other and their environment.

With your support, we will bring a starter kit (or a locally adapted version) to the Culture Community Center "Shorten the Distance” in Kasungu, Malawi. Together with our local partners, we will create a workspace for regenerative agriculture, tailored to the local context. This space will lay the foundation for realizing their permaculture design and expanding opportunities for environmental education through autonomous food production.

Your contribution will help bridge experiences gained in Eindhoven with those of our partners in Kasungu. By learning from both contexts, we can refine and strengthen our starter kit concept. The funding will enable us to co-create an iteration adapted to local conditions, a tangible step toward our vision of transcontinental collaboration on food sovereignty and shared ecological knowledge.
