Reward for hit and run incident

Donation protected
We are today launching a Go Fund Me appeal to raise money for a reward for information/evidence leading to a prosecution re the following incident.
At about 12.25am on Sunday 3rd November, three people were walking down Station Road after the Ultra 90s vs 2000s event at the New Milton Memorial Centre. They went to cross the road from the Central Bar side and were almost at the other side when a car coming down Station Road from the top end hit the lady at the back of group at speed, threw her into the air and didn’t stop. The impact was heard inside people’s flats. Screams were also heard. There’s no way the person didn’t know they’d hit someone and the bonnet of their car is likely to be damaged. Ambulance, police and air ambulance were quickly on the scene. She was seriously hurt but is making a good recovery - she is still in hospital and it’s been and remains an extremely traumatic time for her 2 children and other family. However, despite some CCTV of the actual incident and just before, police have not yet been able to identify the vehicle and we would like to help so that the lady and her family can have some closure. We believe that the car went straight on at the traffic lights going towards Bradbeers. We don’t know if the driver stopped to examine the damage or returned to the scene later. CCTV footage afterwards, and further down Station Road, may be helpful. Donated funds will go towards a reward and any surplus will be donated to Southampton General Hospital.
