Revival of Hope for Isle de Gorée

Please join us in a transformative mission to bring hope and renewal to the resilient people of the Isle de Gorée. This historic island, a symbol of human endurance and cultural heritage, now faces unprecedented challenges that threaten its vibrant community and rich legacy.

The recent calamities have left Gorée's families struggling to rebuild their lives amidst devastation. Homes lie in ruins, vital resources are scarce, and the spirit of the islanders is tested daily. Yet, in the face of such adversity, their resolve remains unbroken.

By donating you are providing funds for a group of 20 students traveling to the isle to be able to more effectively help and restore the community. Funds will be used to help rebuild the local school, reinforce local businesses and aid in the local community children’s well being. Please donate for the renewal of hope, and a better daily life for the inhabitants of the isle.

As I am under 18 I am not entitled to withdraw funds for the Islee de Gorée community directly from this Go Fund Me account, so the page has been linked to my father’s account: all funds donated will be transferred to the organisers of our trip who will provide them directly to the Community.
