Refresh Properties INC, led by Fredine Walker, is dedicated to transforming Michigan’s low-income neighborhoods that struggle with high vacancy rates. Our mission is to purchase unwanted homes and revitalize them, turning neglected properties into safe, welcoming spaces for families who need them most. This project was inspired by a deep desire to make a meaningful change in our communities and offer hope to those facing housing insecurity.

Funds raised through this effort will be used to acquire homes, complete essential renovations, and support the hardworking team and volunteers at Refresh Properties.
