Reverse Rett for Rosie

If you know Rosie, you know she lights up a room. You know her beautiful smile, her determination and the way she captures the hearts of everyone she meets.

What many people don't see is the daily reality of living with Rett syndrome- a rare neurological disorder that has taken away so many things most of us take for granted.

Because of Rosie, our family has learned to celebrate every milestone, no matter how small it may seem to others. We've learned patience, resilience, compassion and the true meaning of inclusion. Every new skill, every moment of progress, every smile is hard earned and celebrated with immense pride.

We are raising funds for the Rett Syndrome Research Trust (RSRT), a world-leading organisation dedicated to accelerating treatments and a cure for Rett syndrome. Unlike many charities, RSRT focuses solely on Rett syndrome research, funding groundbreaking work in gene therapy and other cutting-edge treatments aimed at addressing the root cause of the condition.

For the first time in history, there is genuine reason for hope. Research has shown that many Rett symptoms can be reversed when the gene's function is restored. What once felt impossible is now within reach, with multiple potential therapies moving through development and bringing families closer than ever to meaningful treatments.
