On April 16, 2026, Carlos Franco was detained by ICE in Austin, Texas, and his mother and family have been fighting every day to bring him back home. Carlos is not just another case number, he is a son, brother, and friend whose absence has left a deep void in the lives of everyone who loves him.

As a family we have been working urgently with immigration attorneys to secure his release, but the legal process is increasingly overwhelming and costly. The costs have already reached $9,000, and the amount continues to grow as we pursue every possible avenue to reunite Carlos with his family.
