Reunite with My Treu Luvv

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am currently experiencing any mother's worst nightmare. My newborn daughter Trèu had been taken from me when she was only 5 months. I was breastfeeding and just coming off maternity leave; trying to get back on my feet. Her father and I have had the most horrifying/toxic relationship. He was emotionally, mentally, and physically abusive toward me even while I was pregnant with our daughter. I suffered from battered woman syndrome and felt stuck with no help or way out. But I have now broken free of him. I have an apartment and a steady job. But because my daughter's dad/ex wants to be back in an intimate relationship with me and I refuse, he is refusing me to have any parenting time. This is the only way he has left to control me. (Narcissist!) Anyhow, I have started a child custody case in Arapahoe county, Colorado. However, as I am navigating through this process, I've learned that this is just the beginning of a very long/hard battle. Since he is on my daughter's birth certificate, he is not considered to be kidnapping. So I am left with no other options. I need help retaining a lawyer to be granted custody of my daughter. I have already missed nearly 3 months of her first year of life. I cannot fathom missing any more of her life; her first crawl, steps, words, etc. Sad to say that I did miss her first Christmas and not being with my Trèu Luvv on Valentine’s Day now too… The immense amount of pain and separation anxiety that consumes my body; not knowing if I will ever hold my child again! Has me desperately asking for your help. I am working two jobs to cover my living expenses and would be so grateful for any contributions and donations. Please help me reunite with my daughter Treu Luvv.
