Help Reunite kid with parents

My name is Fatima, mother of a 12-year-old daughter who has been taken away from us by Child Protection Services California (CPS). My husband and I desperately need funds to hire a private lawyer to fight for her return. We have only been in this country for 3 months, and we don't know anyone here or understand the legal processes. We are on an F2 visa and currently have no funds to hire a lawyer who can guide us through this ordeal.

My daughter was constantly on the phone during summer holidays on the popular gaming platforms Roblox / Minecraft etc. We found very disturbing / inappropriate chats and our address being shared on social networking platforms with strangers. She was also being influenced by strangers to go and meet him. Fearing for her safety from cybercrime, we took the phone from our daughter. Our daughter was misled by these random people to fight against parents for "freedom of life" of doing anything, this led to our daughter reporting to police and being taken away from our custody.

No one is focusing on addressing the issue of cybercrime but everything else.

We’re going through tremendous trauma, fearing we may lose our only daughter forever simply because we don't have the money to fight for her. We have experienced the heartbreak of losing three children during pregnancy, and she is our only surviving child—our world. We plead with kind-hearted people to have mercy on us and help reunite our family. Please help bring our daughter back home and be sure to keep your children safe from cybercrime as it impacts the little one’s wellbeing.
