Reunite Heather After 5 and Parsley After 6

Dear family and friends,

I’m reaching out because I have found myself in the unfortunate position to ask for help regarding the funds I need to retain custody of my son.

I’m currently facing one of the most difficult times in my life — being separated from my son.

Many of you are aware of what the last 2 years have been for me, and many of you are not aware, so this may come as an unpleasant surprise. Please know I would not be asking if it wasn’t truly my last resort in order to maintain my relationship with our sweet Parsley aka after 6.

Due to an ongoing custody dispute, I’ve had limited time, and the court has required a professional custody evaluation. This evaluation is critical. It’s the next step toward reestablishing a meaningful relationship with my child, proving my commitment, and showing the court that I am ready and willing to be the parent he deserves. However, the cost of this process — approximately $10,000 — is more than I can afford on my own right now.

I’m doing everything I can to meet legal requirements, stay strong emotionally, and remain focused on the ultimate goal: being a present and loving parent. But I can’t do this alone.

That’s why I’m turning to my community, friends, family, and anyone who believes that every child deserves both parents in their life. Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring me one step closer to reuniting with my son and giving him the stability and love that only a parent can provide.
