Reunite Father and Daughter help bring Ava home

In 2015, my son, an Air Traffic Controller stationed at Altus Oklahoma Air Force Base, had a daughter named Ava. Sadly, after his divorce, Ava's mother remarried a drug trafficker and felon, leading to a devastating incident involving domestic violence and the discovery of dangerous substances in their home. As a result, Ava was taken into DHS custody on March 31, 2022, without notifying her biological father, who shares custody and lives in Florida.Ava is now caught in the foster care system, named a ward of the state. We refuse to let this be her future. Our family has rallied together, pooling all our resources, to hire a dedicated lawyer who has been tirelessly fighting for Ava's rightful place back home with her father—the loving home she deserves.To date, we have incurred over $50,000 in legal fees, with a remaining balance of $17,000. Additionally, we have been traveling to Oklahoma City every month for court dates, which has placed an immense financial strain on our family. Missing a court appearance could result in the loss of all parental rights, paving the way for Ava's potential adoption. We cannot bear the thought of Ava growing up without her father by her side, falsely believing that he abandoned her due to financial constraints.
