Reunite a loving father and his children

My name is Shelby Rosen, loving father of two wonderful girls, Kyla 15 and Kaylee 10.

Thier mother and I decided to divorce in October of 2021, after 16 years of marriage. Shortly after that, I was deployed with the Army, and we agreed to wait until my return to follow through with the divorce. Unfortunately, things now are not so amicable, and attorney fees are growing rapidly.

I am a proud man who is self sufficient. Asking for help in this way is not who I am. In this case I must put my pride aside, as my daughter's and I deserve our time together. Despite the confusion of the situation for them, we still have a strong connection. We miss each other, and they deserve the best legal representation to allow for our reunion.

Marital law is not favorable to the man. It takes skilled lawyers to represent a father properly.

I have been home for four months. In that time I have had extremely minimal contact with my daughter's. I am working under the guidelines set forth in the courts temporary order until the divorce is finalized.

ALL of the generous proceeds from this fundraiser will be used directly to finance the legal fees, which I currently have an outstanding debt of $12k and mounting. If by some chance the proceeds should exceed the cost of the legal fees, I will set up a college tuition trust with the remainder for my girls.
