As many of you will remember, last year Reuben bravely shaved off his famous Lucius locks to help raise money for Oscar’s treatment in France. At the time, we were all united in hope — inspired by a little boy’s courage and a community’s love.

Sadly, Oscar lost his battle in December. He touched so many hearts with his strength, his smile, and his incredible spirit. Though he may no longer be with us, his light continues to shine through everyone who knew and loved him.

Reuben has grown his hair once again — and this year, he’ll be shaving it off in Oscar’s honour, to mark what would have been his 16th birthday. This gesture isn’t just about hair; it’s about love, remembrance, and continuing Oscar’s legacy of kindness and courage.

All money raised will go towards supporting Nat — Oscar’s amazing mum — as she takes on a marathon in memory of her boy. Every step she runs will raise vital funds for Little Havens Hospice, the incredible place that cared for Oscar and continues to support so many families with love and compassion.
