Hi, my name is Sara Horn and I am going to Colombia on a mission trip this summer to work at a Care Center that serves over 280 kids in an economically disadvantaged area. As a teacher with over three decades of experience, I am going to work with the teachers that serve these children to ptrovide alternatives to the the teaching methods and delivery of instruction that the public education system provides. I will be working with a team of people who will not only work to meet the educational needs but their physical and social emotional needs as well. Please help me raise the funds I need to participate on this trip.
