Hi everyone,
My name is Rebecca, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting my incredible sister Rosie. She’s one of the most selfless, loving, and caring people I know—a devoted sister, daughter, friend, and a true inspiration to everyone around her. Right now, she’s facing a challenge that we hope to overcome with your help.
My sisters life revolves around helping others. She works hard cleaning houses to support herself and her family, drives my 90 year old mother to her doctor’s appointments, takes her grandkids to school, and still finds time to volunteer at her church—a place and community she deeply loves. She’s someone who would give the shirt off her back to help someone in need, and now we want to be there for her.
Recently, her car has become unreliable and unsafe. Without it, she’s been struggling to keep up with the responsibilities she handles so lovingly every day. Earlier this year, she saved up to purchase a car for $5,000, but within a week, a sudden flood completely ruined the car before she even had a chance to fully use it. This loss has been heartbreaking and financially devastating.
My sister also makes a regular 2 ½-hour drive, bringing my mother to visit me and my family, both to spend time with us and to find peace and joy during these visits. Without a reliable car, these visits and so many of her daily responsibilities are at risk.
We’re raising $7,000 to help her get a safe, dependable car so she can continue living her life of service, love, and family. A new car would not only provide her with the freedom to care for others but also bring her the stability and peace of mind she deserves.
If you know my sister, you know she has an unshakable faith in God and a heart that overflows with kindness. She truly embodies the spirit of giving, and now it’s our turn to give back to her.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps us move closer to this goal. And if you can’t contribute financially, sharing this campaign with your friends, family, and community would mean the world to us.
Thank you for reading her story and for considering helping someone who has spent her life helping others. Your generosity, prayers, and kindness are deeply appreciated.
With love and gratitude,
Rebecca Lugo
