Restoration of Pond #2

We’re fortunate to have such beautiful trout ponds in our community. However, for the past seven years, Pond #2 has suffered from a persistent leak that has prevented water from flowing over the waterfall into Pond #3.

After careful investigation, the Trout Valley Association Pond Committee has identified the source of the leak and developed a detailed plan for repairs. Bids have been received from reputable pond contractors, and both the Trout Valley Association and the Village of Trout Valley have agreed to contribute to the project.

The total estimated cost is $30,000, and while a significant portion of the funding is secured, there remains a shortfall. To help bridge this gap, the Trout Valley Preservation & Restoration Society has been asked to lead the fundraising effort.
