Restore the historic "Time Lady" for Appleton

Help restore the "Time Lady" in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Everyone remembers calling the "Time Lady" for the local time and temperature. It was first provided by Wisconsin Telephone Company in 1950. AT&T (the parent company of Wisconsin Telephone) terminated this service in November, 2011. Being a telephone enthusiast, I obtained the original telephone number from AT&T, and purchased new equipment from the original manufacturer. I restored this service 2 weeks later. The equipment for this service has been privately owned by me since 2011. Currently, the call volume averages 15,000 per month. It has failed to operate and needs to be repaired by the manufacturer in Waukesha, Wisconsin, at a cost of $700. Together with the annual operating cost of $400, I need help to restore this service to the valley.
Many elderly people rely on this service to provide them with the time, temperature, as well as the date and day of the week. This is very helpful when needing to verify a weekly appointment and not being sure what day of the week today is!
Please help!
Thanks.
