Approximately nine months ago, we reached out to you with a simple but urgent request:

to help restore a radio system that serves as a lifeline for Indigenous women living deep in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.

Today, we are deeply grateful to share that the radio system is here.

The equipment arrived in Valledupar. Afterwards we brought it to Pueblo Bello and a local technician will soon complete the installation.

Even though we will not be present to witness that final moment, we ae so happy this vital line of communication is being restored.

This radio is not just technology.

It is connection.

It is safety.

It is education and protection for women who live beyond the reach of phones and internet—yet who deserve to be heard, supported, and safeguarded.
