Restore Shipley’s Choice Section 2 Playground

My family and I live in the Shipley’s Choice neighborhood in Millersville, MD. Our two little boys have enjoyed our section’s tot lot for the last 3.5 years, and we have enjoyed walking there to play and meeting our neighbors. The current tot lot playground is a result of hard efforts from current and past neighbors through fundraising and organizing the construction and maintenance to make the lot safe and fun for all. Unfortunately, over the last year, the set has been deteriorating and is beyond repair.

We are hoping to pull together the effort and funds once again to purchase a new play set made from more durable and sustainable materials to last longer and bring more fun and memories to all who enjoy it! Any amount contributed will go toward the purchasing of the new play set, labor and assembly, and any preparation to the lot itself necessary.
