Today Nerdy and several members of #NerdBirdMafia spoke to legal counsel; we believe this is the best corrective action. Nerdy and legal counsel seems to think that based on the suspension notice, it's a technical mistake due to 'raid reporting.' At the very least, Twitter will need to provide legal reasons for the suspension aside from 'evading suspension.'

In addition to this task, we have also provided documents showing the accounts claiming responsibility. Legal counsel believes it's in Nerd Bird Mafia's best interest to confront this on principle; attacks will continue on other platforms; proof that a 'raid report' was also done on Tik Tok has been provided to legal counsel. Legal counsel engaged only covers technology-related law.

Nerdy noted on the call with legal counsel that the cost here is equal to thermal drones or water-based ROVs, but legal counsel and others agree this abuse has to stop.
