Restore Mike's Stolen Musical Dreams

Hey music peeps, friends and family, It’s Henry and I need help. I’ve put together this gofundme for my best bud Mike. Mike has been like a brother to me for many years- we met in high school, and played and recorded in multiple bands together over the years.

In 2010, Mike had an accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down. After the injury, he spent months recovering and years adjusting to his new circumstances. Despite this huge setback, he pushed through, and became independent again. He continued his songwriting and recording, amassing equipment over the years that he could use while in his chair. Music helped fuel his recovery.

Last month, Mike was robbed by his scumbag roommate, and lost all his instruments, effects and computers which contained a lifetime of music. This troglodyte also dumped Mike’s furniture, clothes and other personal effects on the street in front of the apartment, where they got rained on and ruined. The biggest loss however was the music equipment. Many of you are musicians like Mike and I. It is literally the lifeblood that keeps us going- creating music. Losing the tools to do so is devastating.

I want to try to raise funds to assist him in building a new foundation for him to create. I am asking for you to donate anything you can to help me to get Mike what he needs to start creating again. He is a beautiful and resilient soul who deserves to be able to get back to what he loves.
