Its with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our beloved Palisades Hills Rec Center, tragically destroyed in the recent fire. For many of us, it wasn't just a building, it was a second home.

It was where our children learned to swim with Coach Tara... Where Friday night pizza parties brought neighbors together... and where summer days were filled with laughter, play, and lasting memories.

For the community this was a place of growth, joy, and connection.

Tara's swim program has been open to non-residents, for decades making the Palisades Hills program a rare and welcoming space for thousands of families across Los Angeles.

Our goal: To rally our community and raise the funds needed to rebuild the Rec Center.
