Restore hope to the children of the Ahmed family in Gaza

Hello, I'm Ahmed Walid from Gaza. I write to you today with a heart heavy with pain and hope, to share my family's story. Their suffering has not only included the loss of jobs and homes, but also extended to include the innocence of childhood stolen by war.

My family lived a life filled with laughter and dreams, with children's voices expressing hope for the future amidst the warmth of home. But since the outbreak of war on October 7, 2023, everything has changed. Khan Yunis has become a scene of destruction and displacement, and innocent childhood moments have faded amid the sound of bombs and airstrikes.

My family of 20 was a model of close-knit life, with children playing in the corners of the house and creating unforgettable memories. But with the onset of war, those moments were shattered.I lost my job and my family lost everything they knew: stability and security. The family's business and the home that housed their laughter and stories were destroyed, forcing the family to flee and live in a tent in the Al-Mawasi area of ​​Khan Yunis.

And now the occupation has resumed its brutal war on Gaza in mid-March 2025, while my family is still in this tent. My father and mother suffer from chronic diseases and their condition changes with each new raid.Children now find themselves searching for food to satisfy their hunger and thirst, given the closure of crossings, the scarcity of food, and the high cost of food, if available.

Today, we invite you to contribute to saving Ahmed's family, to restore life to the hearts of Gaza's children who have lost the joy of childhood. Donations will be allocated to meet the following urgent needs:

1- Medical Care: Providing the necessary medications and treatment for my parents, who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

2- Livelihood Support: Providing food, water, clothing, and basic necessities for all family members, with special support for children to regain their sense of purpose in life.

3- Safe Evacuation: Covering the costs of evacuating the twenty family members to safe areas where they can build a future away from the horrors of war.
