Restore Hope for Sam After Tragic Loss in Devastating Fire

I just found out my son, Sam, lost his home, in Tennessee . His cabin he had been building for the last two years in his spare time while working. He has lost everything including his best friend , Blue.

He had saved all he had to begin this work and dream that he’s been wanting to do for a long time. All of his belongings, clothing, tools, bed, warm blankets, and comforts of his home he’s worked so hard for were burned completely down.

The weather has been very cold in Tennessee the last few weeks where he lives and it was expected to be 9 degrees that evening.

His beautiful German Shepherd, Blue, stayed in the cabin to keep warm.

Sam went outside before dusk to get his truck ready for work in the morning. He had been having truck trouble and was changing out a battery to be sure he could leave on time in the morning for work. As he was walking up his driveway, he could see the horror of his cabin on fire. His first thought was Blue, and he tried to run to save her, but he just couldn’t do anything as the flames were engulfing everywhere at the door and windows . He instantly called for help. He felt helpless However, by the time that the volunteer fire department could arrive, there was nothing they could do to save Blue or his home.

We are all devastated for the loss of her and heartbroken. If you know Sam, you know he was nearly inseparable from her most of the time. She was his sweet companion and protector . We are most grateful that Sam was not hurt. We hate this has happened.

Sam did not have insurance and has lost everything. We are just trying to see if there’s anything possible we can do to ease this burden on him as he tries to rebuild his life, trying to get the essentials of food, shelter, and clothing while he gets on his feet again.

Please help if you can .

these funds will help him with food gas, clothing , ways to stay warm with blankets etc , finding furniture, a bed , and a new place to stay .
