Restore Hope for Phillip Guzman Jr

I've struggled with my decision to do this. But right now, I have no pride. My situation has declined to a point where I will lose it all. I'm in the hospital and when released, I have nowhere to go. I've made bad decisions, this I know. It will take money to get my car back, which happens to have a duffle bag with my most personal possessions.
