Hello everyone,

My name is Michael Foreman Jr., and I am the owner of Oceans on the Ridge in Shaw Park, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Our family is originally from Clarendon, Jamaica, where we spent all our summers surrounded by family, friends, and community the same spirit of togetherness that continues to inspire everything we do at Oceans on the Ridge.

The recent hurricane has deeply affected Ocho Rios and our Shaw Park community. While we are thankful that everyone is safe, the damage to homes, infrastructure, and local businesses has been devastating.

Our employees, local drivers, and the families who support our business have been hit especially hard. Many rely on tourism for their livelihoods, and with the severe disruption caused by the storm, that vital source of income has come to a halt. Clean water and food have become difficult to access, and many are struggling to rebuild and recover.

This fund has been created to support our Oceans on the Ridge family, the Ocho Rios community, and the local drivers and workers who bring life and joy to this special place every day.

Your donations will go directly toward:

Providing financial relief to affected employees and their families

Supplying clean water, food, and essential items to those most in need

Assisting local drivers and community members who depend on tourism

Ocho Rios has always been a place of strength, warmth, and unity. With your help, we can come together to care for one another, rebuild what’s been lost, and restore hope for the future.

Every contribution no matter the size helps us lift up the people who have always welcomed others with open hearts and bright smiles.

Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and for standing with Jamaica as we rebuild, recover, and rise stronger together.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Your family at Oceans on the Ridge
