Hello, my name is Jayline Garcia. Recently, My family and I lost everything we held dear in a tragedy that has shattered our heart. My home was destroyed—along with all of our belongings. we lost our couch, fridge, pictures,clothes,important papers, and even the things that made our home feel like a safe place, including bed frames and TV. To make matters even harder, our beloved pig passed away in the chaos.

The devastation extends beyond just our physical possessions. Everything outside was also lost, and we’re left trying to navigate the emotional toll of this overwhelming loss.

My family and I are reaching out to ask for help. Any contributions to this fundraiser will go directly toward helping us rebuild what’s been lost, from essential household items to support in navigating this difficult time.

This is the fourth time a disaster like this has struck, but this loss is on an entirely different scale. We lost everything—our home, our belongings, our memories—and it has left our hearts broken.

Sadly, despite reaching out for help, the city of Pharr has not provided any assistance or made any significant changes to support those affected. We’ve been left feeling ignored and abandoned, with only empty promises from public services.
