Restore Hope for Adriel,Christy and family

My husband Adriel, our son Joseph and I were awakened up at 4 in the morning to discover water coming into our home! Adriel quickly found a kayak for us to evacuate in. Joseph and I got to use the kayak while Adriel walked beside us with water coming up to his chin. We made it out safely but our belonging didn't do so well. We lost household items such as living room furniture, dishes, food and outdoor tools of my husband's and even some of my sons toys. We tried to collect them as they went floating by us as we kayaked out. Our deep freezer that was full of food was also lost. When we evacuated in a kayaks, there was no time nor was it safe to drive our cars out. They were both lost in the flood water as it had came up to the dash on both vehicles! Since both cars were under water more then 48 hours that are nodrivble and we will need to find replacements. Thanking God we made it out safely! Thank you for giving. Every little bit helps as we rebuild our lives as sadly our insurance will not cover our belongings. We are so grateful for all the love you have shown us.
