Hi, my name is Chantell, and I’m reaching out with a humble and hopeful heart.

Recently, my mother suffered a devastating loss — her home, the place where she built memories for 53 years, raised her children, and created a life filled with love and warmth, was severely damaged beyond repair. In the blink of an eye, everything she worked so hard for was taken from her.

We are now faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding not just the structure, but the sense of security and comfort that comes with having a safe place to call home. Unfortunately, the cost of rebuilding — including construction and furnishing — is far beyond what we can manage on our own. That’s why I’ve created this GoFundMe with a goal of raising $40,000 to help give my mother a fresh start.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward:

• Rebuilding the home she lost

• Essential furnishings and household items

• Making sure she has a safe, comfortable place to live again

My mother has always been the kind of person to give, even when she had little. She’s the heart of our family, and it breaks my heart to see her go through this. It hurts to see her cry because she can't have her great grandson who just made 2 come over to her house because it's unsafe. With your help, I hope to bring a little peace back into her life.
