Help Restore Clean Water for an Orphanage in Sierra Leone
A hand pump providing clean water to an orphanage in Sierra Leone recently collapsed after being struck by a heavy stick during a storm. As a result, the children and caregivers are now forced to draw water from the same stream used for bathing, washing clothes, and doing dishes—posing a serious health risk. This orphanage was founded by a former Peace Corps Volunteer, and as a fellow RPCV who served in Madagascar, I feel deeply connected to this cause. We are raising $500 to repair the pump and restore safe, reliable access to clean water. Any contribution—big or small—makes a life-changing difference. Thank you for your support and solidarity.
