Briar Hills has been a cherished part of Atlanta’s Historic Druid Hills neighborhood since 1947—a community rich in history, character, and charm. It has stood as a testament to timeless architecture and a close-knit neighborhood spirit for generations. But now, Briar Hills needs your help.

Recently, one of our beloved buildings was devastated by a terrible fire. While we are deeply grateful that no human lives were lost, the tragedy took the lives of three cherished feline companions, leaving our community heartbroken. The damage to the building is extensive, and while insurance will help, we face significant costs—including a large deductible and additional expenses required to ensure the building is rebuilt true to its original design.

Briar Hills is more than just a place to live—it is a home, a piece of history, and a symbol of the strong community that defines Druid Hills. As a small community, these unexpected costs are overwhelming, and we cannot do this alone.
