Restore Adel's Joyful Exchange Experience

Our sweet Adel has just arrived from Kazakhstan to spend the year with us as an exchange student. We were so excited to welcome her and had wonderful plans to take her school shopping this weekend. Sadly, shortly after her arrival, Adel experienced something no traveler should have to face—she was pickpocketed and lost many of her valuables, including the funds she had carefully saved for her time studying here in the U.S.

Our hearts break for her. This was meant to be a joyful beginning to her adventure, and instead she has been met with an unexpected hardship. We want Adel to see the best of our community—the kindness, generosity, and support that truly reflect the spirit of being American.
