Restore a Bechstein Grand Piano for use in new events

The Old Church Stoke Newington is the recipient of an incredibly generous gift of a beautiful 1923 Bechstein grand piano.

We are very excited about the possibilities this instrument opens up for music at our venue. It greatly increases the range of musical performance we can offer at our venue – enriching the cultural life of Hackney.

We need your help! The piano requires some restoration to bring it up to concert standard and prepare it for regular use. We’re asking for your support as we raise funds to cover repair work, maintenance and insurance.
