American Freedmen and associates, we are fundraising in order to begin the process to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of American Freedmen descendants and against local, state and federal government, against the internal Revenue Service (IRS) and other entities for crimes of entrapment, treason, human trafficking, land, housing, other asset theft and crimes against humanity.
This lawsuit is being filed by the Black American grandchild of the European American colonist, Elijah Swain, that had his mulatto Black son Henry Swain (and Henry's mother Caroline & grandmother Fannie) listed on his Will as enslaved. You can read the Will towards the bottom of the page. The Will is part of historical records online and it is our belief that we have verified the correct historical information.
In his book “Mein Kampf”, Hitler mentions “Jim Crow” as inspiration for the crimes that he would go on to commit. Refusing to hold the United States euro-colonial system accountable has led to continued crimes against humanity across the globe. After the Freedmen helped “saved the union” (a civil war that did not start to end slavery), the United States formed and continued to aide European colonists that were engaging in crimes against humanity, Europeans that were breeding mulatto Black (African/Indigenous) children into slavery. America is at a breaking point, we must establish true law & order and hold this system accountable at the root.
Your donations will allow us to file a California state (so goes California so goes the nation) & federal class action lawsuit and allow us to continue the work of the ancestors to build & maintain healthy Black American communities. Your donations are protected and we are working to get backing from a non-profit so that your donations are tax-deductible. We will provide live receipts of spending & work to secure a trust account to place money into until we can file the lawsuit. We need at least $5000-$10,000 before we are able to file the case with a lawyer. Please share and spread the word!
Our team is a legal analyst non attorney team that is doing a large share of the administrative work that goes into complex cases such as this matter. You support is greatly appreciated.
