Restoration of the Bayham Road Fingerpost Sign

Hi there,

We're John Spence & Jeremy Hall and we live locally to the historic Bayham Road fingerpost sign which sadly has seen better days and is in much need of restoration to its former glory.

We have secured the support of the council to act on the proposed replacement and have obtained the services of JAKK carpentry (www.jakkuk.co.uk) who will be able supply a like for like replacement made from oak with copies of all the original directional fingers fitted.

We feel that this is a key landmark in the local area and it would be such a shame to see it waste away and sadly eventually disappear from our streets altogether! With your support we can restore this piece of local history.
