Este 15 de diciembre con 35 semanas de gestación, nacieron Sebastián y Francisco Tirado Vargas, antes de lo planeado, pero así debía ser... los gemelos más esperados.... que desde la noticia de su llegada, nos han llenado de amor he ilusión a toda la familia y seres queridos cercanos.

 

Los embarazos múltiples implican más riesgos y un par de semanas antes de tomar la decisión de sacarlos, los médicos ya habían notado algunas complicaciones que debían ser atendidas y monitoriadas para el bienestar de los bebes, uno de ellos estaba teniendo dificultades para ganar peso, lo que llevo a una serie de chequeos más frecuentes y minuciosos, ademas de tratamientos para fortalecer sus sistemas vitales, pero finalmente los médicos recomendaron una cesaría de emergencia. Con muchas emociones encontradas desde la alegría de verlos y tenerlos entre nosotros hasta el miedo del qué podrá pasar? nacieron 2 hermosos hermanitos.

Siendo prematuros debieron ser puestos en incubadoras. Francisco 1,9kg de peso, chiquito y el que necesitaba más ayuda para estar afuera, Sebastián con 2,9kg de peso nació fuerte, rápidamente dejo las maquinas.

 

Pero las cosas cambiaron pronto. Francisco empezó a comer y a respirar por él mismo, todavía sigue en incubadora y con cuidados constantes, pero ya por su cuenta y alimentándose de mamá finalmente. Sebastián por el contrario tuvo que ser trasladado a un centro especializado, ya que, genero dificultades para respirar debido a una Neumonía gestacional, hoy conectado a un ventilador mecánico y con tratamiento para combatir esta situación.

La familia ha hecho todo lo que ha podido para el bienestar de estos chiquitines y lo va a seguir haciendo, pero ahora pedimos su ayuda, los gastos médicos para darle soporte a los bebés han sido sumamente costoso, los hospitales del seguro social en la zona de México donde viven no tienen espacio para atenderlos, y debieron ser atendidos en centros privados donde los costos diarios implican un peso gigante sobre familia Tirado Vargas una pareja joven que recién comienza.

On December 15th with 35 weeks gestation were birn Sebastian and Francisco Tirado Vargas, it happened before it was expected, but it had to be that way for the most awaited twins, and ever since their arrival (birth) we have been filled with joy and love .

Pregnancies with twins result with more complications usually, and a couple of weeks before their births Doctors noted important complications that needed attention and to also be monitored closely, one of the babies was having hard time gaining weight, therefore Doctors decided to do frequent check ups and follow ups, also gave treatments to maintain healthy vital signs, but ultimately the Doctors decided it would be best for emergency c-section. With alot of mixed emotions from the joy of having them sooner and the fear of new complications 2 beautiful boys were born. Since they are premature babies they stayed in the NICU. Francisco the smaller weighing 1.9 kg is the one needing more help, Sebastian with 2.9 kg was stronger and left the NICU sooner.
Things have changed rapidly Francisco is eating and breathing on his own, still in the NICU. Sebastian on the other hand had to be transferred to a different facility due to a gestational pneumonia, today he is connected to a machine to help the condition.
The family has done everything possible for their well being and will continue to do so, but for now they need our help, medical costs for the babies are very costly, the public hospitals of the Mexico area where they live have no openings to take them so they had to put them in private hospitals, where daily costs are adding up and the parents are very young and have almost no resources.
Today we are asking for help to alleviate the costs they are assuming in private hospital, your gift will be a blessing for these babies, any amount is welcome and appreciated. The amount will go directly to the hospital bills and treatments the babies are receiving so they can regain strength and can come out healthy.
