This isn’t just a statistic. It’s our friends, our brothers, our community.

Resonate exists to change that. We’ve created a space where men can be seen, heard, and supported - through movement, vulnerability, and real connection.

A place where men don’t have to carry everything alone. Where loneliness is met with brotherhood, and discomfort becomes a path to growth.

This is more than mental health; this is prevention.

The Resonate Budgy Run is how we bring that vision to life. In nothing but budgy smugglers and trainers, we run - standing together in solidarity, brotherhood, and courage.

We run for the men we’ve lost too soon, and for the men still fighting in silence. We run to remind each other that we’re not alone - and that even in discomfort, we can find joy, purpose, and a reason to keep moving forward.

This year, we’re raising $2,529 - one dollar for every man lost last year. Your support will help us grow Resonate in Perth, reaching more men, building stronger communities, and creating lasting impact.
