The scene above will be changed forever by this proposed housing development of 174 houses.
For more details and to get involved, please see our website:
More than 500 area residents have registered their opposition to this project on the website and are fighting to preserve this 104-acre parcel as a nature park.
Donations of $100, $200, or more would greatly assist with this effort, but even $25 or $50 donations would be appreciated. These are some of the things that require funding to support this effort:
- Creating and printing posters and flyers
- Maintaining the website
- Preparing professional and legal objections to the development plan to present to various El Dorado County agencies, commissions, and boards
- Town Hall meetings preparation and facilities
- Specific campaigns to reach all of Cameron Park
Any funds not used for this campaign will be donated to the American River Conservancy.
Please note: Rescue Rasmussen Pond Alliance is not a 501(c)(3), so donations may not be tax deductible. Please consult a tax professional if you have questions.
