Rescue in need of a Microchip Scanner

UPDATE: Raised 75 it costs 250 we got it . used it already for good reason and helped out Soo much .. Thanks Doners.!!!

Today we were told a dog might go to the NYC Animal Care and Control (the dog pound) and likely be - put down - because the Police Precinct did not have a functional Pet Microchip scanner. Not A Good Reason to take a dog to a Kill Shelter At All!

We take many dogs to get scanned in New York City.

Police Officers are not all up to date on how the equipment works - We Get That ! No Worries... They have other things to do.

Equipment needs charging.. and sometimes do not work .. We Get That! We Do.

To let a dog go to a Kill Shelter because we do not have a scanner is Not Acceptable. We spoke to the Best company for the appropriate scanner which is at least $250 with Non-Profit discount.
