Hello, my name is Kathy (Cox) Dawson. On behalf of me and my family, we are thankful for your attention in this moment, as we share about a recent event that has greatly impacted our sister.

On the morning of February 23rd, our sister, Fay, was awakened to discover that an adjacent property had caught fire. Although the fire was contained, the smoke damage was devastating to the adjoining properties, including our sister’s home. We are extremely grateful that she and her pup are safe and unharmed, but they were unable to recover any of her belongings as they were deemed unsalvageable due to smoke damage.

Fay is a beloved mother, grand mother, daughter, sister, friend, co-worker, and anyone who knows her knows how tirelessly she works to support the youth in our community. She is selfless and loves others with her whole heart. She has been financially blindsided by this tragedy and our hope is that her community can offer some peace of mind, through this type of support, as she navigates through this difficult time and seeks a new start.

All donations will go immediately towards securing a residence for our sister, and for her to begin replacing items like furniture, bedding/linens, clothing, etc. Any amount you're willing to contribute is greatly appreciated, and if you are unable to contribute money at this time, we ask that you share this with your friends and family.
