Hi we are Sallie and John, our adult daughter, Katharine, who has physical and intellectual disabilities, until last night, when it was stolen, she was the proud owner of a TOMCAT Dragon Tricycle. It was a lifeline for her. It enabled her the freedom of cycling without the worry of balancing. Something, which with her disabilities, she would find impossible. Trips to the local parks and reservoir are something she enjoys weekly with her dad, as It enabled her the chance to exercise.

The tricycle was insured but insurance company are refusing to pay out as although it was in a locked metal shed, because it wasn’t also secured with an appropriate cycle lock to something immovable, It’s not covered.
