We are Morley Amateur Operatic Society founded in 1927, creating theatrical productions from age 9 upwards to perform for our local community. This usually consists of a family pantomime Jan/Feb and traditional musical Sep.

Keeping it local, Morley Town Hall is our usual performance location however has recently closed for a major refurbishment.

We rehearse for these productions throughout the year in a purpose built building, which is suffering from a leaking roof, despite our best efforts to repair, it now requires replacing.

However due to no performances scheduled for 2025 we have no means of raising the money other than fundraising events. This page being the start of our aim to raise enough funds to replace the roof. So that we can continue our efforts in providing a space for our local community to be part of a theatrical society and provide entertainment for our audiences.
