Repairs needed for Mr Hufman

I was called on Monday 2/10 by a charter cable installer and he asked if I could come clean a home that he had been dispatched to. I scheduled to go there on Tuesday 2/11. I walked into this home and quickly realized that this was much more than I can handle on my own. My heart absolutely broke for this man. He is 85 years old. He had a stroke a few years ago and has been unable to maintain the upkeep of his home. And he has no family to help him. I decided that this is going to be a voluntary overhaul for this man! I cannot imagine my grandfather living like this! So, I've arranged with the homeowner to begin the cleaning out & repair process on Tuesday 2/18. The home is in Springtown. There are multiple cats inside and out. The smell inside the home is horrible! We have removed everything from inside the home.  And almost everything needs to be thrown away.  This home is infested with cockroaches, so we Will need an exterminator to come in once we get the home situated and extended extermination treatments.  Ive been able to get his home refurnished with donated items that will be delivered today.  Once we got the home his home empty,  we were able to see the extent of the damage and what repairs are necessary.  His flooring will need to be repaired or replaced. He needs plumbing & electrical work His home needs to be leveled and we got a quote for $1000 yesterday.  All walls and ceilings need to have a coat of kilz and then be painted.  He needs atleast 2 window unit air conditioner/ heater combos.  Kitchen faucet We are ripping out his cabinets due to the extreme roach infestation,  so we'll need to install shelving and a couple of new cabinets and countertops.  His front porch needs to be replaced.  He needs 1 new tub and toilet.  Washer and dryer There are windows that need to be replaced Holes in the walls Need to be repaired A couple of walls have water damage And the list goes on :/
