Repair Catherine Creek Spring

If you've grown up in or around Union County Oregon chances are you have been to the free spring just down the road from Catherine Creek State Park. Well, that free spring was recently damaged, possibly(probably) by vandalism. It no longer stands. Gary Anderson lives close by and now that the spring is busted, he no longer has water along with others down the line! I happened to meet him while he was at the location of the spring today. He informed me that he will have no help from the city or county to repair the spring. He'll have to foot the bill! With countless community members regularly visiting the spring to fill their jugs with beautiful water I thought... There's going to be people that want to help! I have no idea how much this will cost. So the donation goal is not accurate. I'll update things as they progress. My name is Megan and I just want to see this community do what we do best. Let's help fix this and give Gary a smile on his face!

Update, if we raise more money then necessary for this particular repair Gary and his Wife Deanne will use it for future repairs and maintenance. The spring is used daily by so many people I can't imagine how much time and money they've put into it!
