18 months ago pregnant Amy, in order to find safety, fled her home with her three children in the middle of the night (edit-middle of the day while he was at work). She ended up moving to Colorado temporarily to give birth and go through a long legal process. She was able to divorce the person who didn’t put her safety and love of family first, and legally was able to move back into their house August 1st. Amy drove 11 hours with her now four children and a uhaul to go back home only to find be has trashed the place. Legally he was supposed to leave the house livable, but took the refrigerator, ceiling fans, left holes in walls, and the carpet is covered in mouse drippings. She couldn’t even let her family sleep there the first night back in town. The kids are devastated to come back to a house in shambles. Amy gave her life to this man, staying at home and not working because it’s what he wanted. Now with four kids, she’s in school online to build a career so she can support them. Amy’s Family is super helpful, but can only do so much. 

Any amount is helpful, but she’s more than likely going to need a lot of work on the house. Please help get this family back into some semblance of normalcy!!
