Renovate garden and in-house

Hello my name is haydn I am a father of 2 disabled kids and one with Autism that has no sense of danger and still learning she is 5 years old and I have a 3 year old son with cerabapalsy. I am looking to renovate our garden into a safe fun environment for them to play in. I want to renovate the whole garden and kit it out full sensory for my kids so my kids can actually have a good time outside day time or night time during holidays. And looking to renovate in doors in our kids rooms to sensory perfection as a soothing calm safe spaces when they feel overwhelmed. To the point of getting therapeutic lighting all the way around both rooms to help ease them back to sleep themselves as a father that works night and stays awake when get home from work early hours of morning staying awake to help them go back to sleep then staying awake during day and then going back to work at night can imagine is abit overload.

I am going to have to get professionals in to do all this as there is a lot to do. And going to be expensive.
