Hi, my name is Renee and I am fundraising for a 4 week conservation expedition with my school!

Whilst I am there I will be trekking through the heart of the Bornean jungle, working on conservation projects that will protect orangutans. I will also be working hard on projects that improve the lives of local communities, whilst living and learning alongside them.

I want to do this to broaden my horizons and be inspired in my choice of career, as nothing is more important than the conservation of our planet and the lives of children and communities.

It is a very challenging trip, working each day, planting trees and building and maintaining schools for the next generation. To prepare, I am going to do the Yorkshire Dales 3 peaks in 1 day with my Dad next month!
