We are very excited to be hosting out second Neurodiversity Celebration Day. The day aims to be a celebration of the unique and vibrant neurodiverse community. We are aiming to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where adults, children, and families (diagnosed or undiagnosed) can come together to celebrate neurodiverse identities and experiences.
We want to offer a variety of activities, conversations and spaces to relax designed to promote understanding, acceptance, and empowerment. As well as this, there will be the opportunity for people to learn about services, resources and individuals that might be useful for them, to follow up with afterwards and access more support as needed. We hope that our festival will inspire and uplift neurodivergent individuals and their families, and help to build a stronger community for us all.
This is a not for profit event where people can choose to make an optional donation at the time of booking or attend free of charge. The money raised in this way will be used to fund materials and refreshments on the day and anything left over will be used to provide future not for profit, neurodiversity friendly, Renboga events or additional support for neurodivergent students at Renboga. Last year, the funds raised allowed us to provide funded spaces for two neurodivergent young people to attend a term of Renboga sessions, and also provided a free Renboga art session for a group of parents of SEND children.
We would be so grateful for any support you can offer.
